  • Shipping Costs: Most orders of 4+ wheels ship for free within Canada. Additional fees may apply to remote locations and oversized items.

  • Signature Required: Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. It’s always best to use a business address.

  • Multiple Shipments: Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • International Shipping: International shipping is available for select products. Please contact us for more information.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders that have not yet shipped for whatever reason.

  • In-Store Pickup: For in-store pickup, please bring a valid government-issued ID that matches the purchasing credit card.

  • Installation: Our products can be installed on your vehicle. Please place order for pickup and email or call us to schedule the installation. Additional fees may apply.

  • Remote Locations: Shipping to remote areas will incur additional fees and longer delivery times.

  • Carrier Delays: We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • PO Box Shipping: We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
