Handler’s Return Policy

At Handler, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these guidelines:

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@handlerwheels.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA): Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with an RA number and specific return instructions.

Packaging Your Return

  • Original Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Secure Packaging: Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Your Return

  • Shipping Label: Use the prepaid shipping label provided with your RA, if applicable.

  • Shipping Costs: In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, for damaged or defective items, Handler will cover the return shipping.

Return Conditions

  • Unused and Undamaged: All returned products must be in new, unused condition. If a tire has been run on or a wheel had a tire mounted on it, most returns will be refused.

  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage.

  • Mounted Wheels and Tires: Mounted wheels and tires cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there’s a fitment issue.

Restocking Fees

  • Damaged or Defective Items: No restocking fee.

  • Customer Returns: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to a Handler error.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Considerations:

  • Test Fit: Always test fit wheels and tires before installation to avoid fitment issues.

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders and special items be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately.
